Teacher's Day celebrated in Dushanbe

The Russian Center of the Tajik National University hosted celebrations and the round table dedicated to the Teacher's Day. It is a holiday not only for teachers, but also for students who have chosen this occupation for the future.

The event was organized by the Faculty of Russian Studies department, the Russian Center of TNU and the Tajikistan - Russia friendship society.

“When you will start to work, the student years’ memory will help you to have patience and courage to understand the younger generation,” said the Dean of the Russian Studies department, professor Gafur Mukhametov.

“Teacher's Day is a holiday that is very precious to each of us, - the head of the Russian Center of TNU Professor Mehrinisso Nagzibekova addressed the round table participants. - In the memory of everyone, the image of a beloved teacher is preserved, we have a feeling of gratitude for which we carefully keep and carry in our hearts all our lives.”
