Courses aimed at learning the Russian language will cover all BRICS countries, TASS reports. According to Denis Gribov, Deputy Head of the Russian Ministry of Education, this also applies to new members of the association.

The Deputy Minister presented the Russian stage of the ''BRICS Peoples Choose Life'' program, which will be held in various regions of the country next year. The presentation was organized at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN.)

The department’s key project Russian Teacher Abroad is moving forward, Denis Gribov noted. 14 countries are already participating in it. Russian language teachers and teachers of other subjects work wherever there is a request.

The number of centers for open education in Russian and teaching the Russian language abroad is also increasing. There are already more than 60 of them in more than 50 countries.
