30.12.2017

pixabay.comA worker of Kiev’s company was sacked for the trip to her Russian relatives, RIA Novosti reports. The company’s management advise that her behavior discredits the company.

The work of this woman was not connected to the politics and she has never been interested in politics. In summer, she went to Gelendzhik to visit her relatives without any hidden agenda and shared pictures about the trip on her Instagram account. The management became aware of this trip and asked the woman to give explanations. The manager has said that visits to Russia discredit the company. At this, he mistook the Krasnodar region for Crimea.

The woman has tried to explain that, first of all, she is fully entitled to make trips to Russia as the right of citizens to move around is not limited by any laws and, secondly, the company uses Russian social network VKontakte, which is prohibited in Ukraine.

After that, the employee was fired and the company’s account has stated that she was sacked for support of separatism.
